The Senate confirmed Eric Kneedler as Ambassador-Designate to Rwanda on July 27, 2023.  A career member of the Senior Foreign Service, class of Minister Counselor, Eric previously served as Chargé d’Affaires ad interim at the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi from January 2021 to August 2022 and Deputy Chief of Mission from April 2019 to January 2021.
