U.S. Embassy Kigali invites U.S. citizens residing in the Gisenyi area to meet with representatives of the U.S. Embassy and visitors from the Bureau of Consular Affairs in Washington, DC on Tuesday, December 6 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM in Gisenyi.  The purpose of the Town Hall is for the U.S. Embassy to better understand the concerns of U.S. citizens living along Rwanda’s border with the DRC.
