The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali, Rwanda, is hereby requesting eligible companies to provide proposals to upgrade the driveway and stormwater drainage at the Chief of Mission’s Residence located in Kacyiru Kigali, Rwanda.
Solicitation packages containing information on the scope of work and how to quote will be available online or can be picked up at the Service Entrance of the U.S. Embassy Kigali, Kacyiru, from Monday, March 20, 2023. Construction drawings will be distributed on the day of site visit.
The site visit will be held on March 27, 2023, at 09:00 at the Chief of Mission’s Residence Kigali. All quotations must be submitted by 17:00 on April 6, 2023. Prospective offerors/quoters should make submissions and any other contact to KigaliGSOProcurementRequest@state.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the premise.
Prospective offerors are advised that they should have their registration on the System for Award Management (SAM) up to date prior to award in accordance with provision 52.204-7. Offerors willing to do business with the U.S. mission in Kigali are encouraged to register on www.sam.gov
