Selective Service Registration

U.S. embassies and consulates overseas assist the Selective Service System with its registration program abroad.

You can register online for the Selective Service using the Selective Service System’s website. Be sure to select the “Outside US Register Online” option if you are registering in Rwanda. If you are not able or eligible to register online, follow the instructions on registering by mail.
