The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali, Rwanda, is hereby requesting eligible companies to provide proposals for French and Kinyarwanda Language program at U.S. Embassy Kigali, Rwanda.
Solicitation packages containing information on the scope of work and how to quote will be available online from Tuesday March 13th, 2023. All quotations must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on March 31st, 2023.

Prospective offerors are advised that they should have their registration on the System for Award Management (SAM) up to date prior to award in accordance with provision 52.204-7. Offerors willing to do business with the U.S. mission in Kigali are encouraged to register on www.sam.gov
