The Embassy of United States of America in Rwanda is hereby requesting fuel dealers to provide quotes to supply 70,000 liters of Diesel and 40,000 liters of Gasoline. Diesel and Gasoline will be delivered to the United States Embassy located at 30KG 7 Avenue, Kacyiru in 10,000 liters increments. Deliveries will be requested by email as needed, by U.S Embassy staff and should be completed by the vendor within 48 hours of being placed. Vendor will be required to send the details of the staff delivering the fuel to U.S. Embassy compound no later than 24 hours prior to the arranged date and time of delivery.
All quotations should be sent to the Embassy no later than April 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM by email Kigaligsoprocurementrequest@state.gov
